Cool & herby with a touch of black pepper and a gorgeous acidity from our fabulous artichokes. Serve with roasted red and yellow peppers, radishes, chargrilled veg, add some Peter’s Yard crackers for some extra crunch and you’ve got the perfect mezze sharing platter - delicious hot or cold.
