Kid Meat Mezze 
 
As you know, we like to do things a little differently here at The Dip Society. Why not mix up your Easter Sunday roast with this delicious kid meat mezze. We teamed up with our friends at Cabrito to give you this easy to make recipe! 
 
Ingredients:
 
Kid shoulder rosemary (Cabrito)
Garlic
Oregano
Onion
Rapeseed oil (Ownsworth)
Salt
Pepper with a side of vegetables
 
Method:
  • Set oven to 140 (fan) 160
  • Take the meat out of the refrigerator and allow to come to room temperature
  • Crush four bulbs of garlic in a deep tin, add one sliced onion, rosemary, oregano and rapeseed oil, season with salt and pepper
  • Score the fat on the top of the shoulder several times and rub rosemary, oregano and rapeseed oil, salt and pepper over the meat
  • Cook for 30 minutes uncovered then remove from the over & cover loosely with tin foil and bake for 3.5 hours
  • Remove and set aside to cool for 15 minutes
  • Serve with a side of fresh and tasty vegetables as well as our garlic and artichoke dip!
